Top 10 UN-FREEZING Strategies

1. Strengthen relationships and support systems.

2. Build collaborations so you don't feel like you are in this alone.

3. Read, take time to develop yourself, open your mind to new ideas.

4. Explore possibilities.

5. Have some fun.

6. Feed your passions. Example: You can come home from work dog-tired and then you start doing something you love; e.g., gardening, working in the shop, playing guitar ... all of a sudden it's 2 in the morning!

7. Stay in the center of our own lives ... realize that we may not be able to control all the things that happen around us, but we CAN control how we RESPOND to the things around us. We must take responsibility for our own lives as opposed to letting our life circumstances affect all that we do.

8. Take time to BE---Human being vs. Human doing.

9. Turn OFF The TV!

10. Surround yourself with positive-thinking people. Misery loves company. Don't stay in that company too long or the only thing you will see is misery.
